This website, dailyusedly.com, is operated by CAHAN ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Products and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We try to show products, colors and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors exactly, and small variations between batches may occur. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

Product use and safety

Use all products as described on their labels and instructions. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep candles away from anything flammable, and keep all products out of reach of children and pets. Test fragrance and personal-care products on a small area of skin first and stop using them if irritation occurs.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to CAHAN or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Prohibited use

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, or submit false or fraudulent orders.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
